Each of our rooms features separate sleeping and living spaces, and each with a private terrace that overlooks the sea. The spaces are built to function like a home, and we invite our guests to use them as such!

The rooms are 90 square-meters, fully air-conditioned, and with room darkening drapes. They also feature a desk and chair set for those that need to work in paradise.

Policies and Notes

Check In / Check Out / Business Hours
  • Our office is open from Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We’ll be ready for you.
  • Check-out time: 12:00 noon. We charge Php700.00 per hour, for every hour or every fraction thereof, beyond check out time
Room Policy

We ask that our guests relax and enjoy, but we ask to do so with respect to the property. Property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.

Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.
